About the site. This website is operated by SEFA Group under the name SEFA GROUP, Toronto, Ontario. It describes our executive chauffeur and transportation services and lets you send us an inquiry.
Inquiries and bookings. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or reserve a vehicle or driver. We will reply with a written quote. A booking exists only after we confirm it in writing and any required deposit is paid. Prices, availability and service details may change until then.
How trips are delivered. Trips are arranged by SEFA GROUP, directly or through a licensed operator we select.
Accuracy. We work to keep this site accurate, but descriptions of services are general and may change without notice. Photos and wording are for illustration and are not a guarantee of a particular vehicle, route or result.
What you send us. Please give accurate details in your inquiry and do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers or government identification through the form. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content. The name SEFA GROUP, the logo, text and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for your own use but may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Limits of liability. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and the terms of any service we confirm in writing apply to that service.
